Raincoats distributed to Aparri primary schools

APARRI, CAGAYAN (OCT 27, 2009) — The Aparri International Humanitarian Foundation (Aparri, We Care) donated more than 1,000 raincoats to children in Aparri’s elementary schools.

Joselito Sevilla, a representative for Aparri We Care, delivered the raincoats to school superintendent Lily Padre, who will distribute the coats to first graders at several public schools.
